My desire to be the best coach possible inspired me to complete two coaching programs: The Institute for Life Coach Training and The Coaches Training Institute. I also completed an intensive professional certification program. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Minnesota Coaches Association.

Psychology has always been a strong interest of mine. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and I was a licensed psychotherapist for 23 years.

Spirituality is a top priority and the underlying foundation of my life!
I find extreme fulfillment in working with people who desire to use more of their inner guidance, intuition, and spiritual resources in their lives!

Finding true love was a long and difficult journey for me! I learned a lot about the barriers to love that we personally create. I met my husband, Dale, when I was 45 years of age and married for the first time at 48. Working with singles desiring true love is one of my favorite coaching priorities!

Working with couples was one of the highlights of my psychotherapy practice and continues to be a favorite part of my coaching! Having a more fulfilling love relationship is simple! Coaching my couple clients to new levels in their partnership is enormously gratifying!

My own journey of transformation is a huge priority to me! I KNOW joy is possible today regardless of external circumstances! I aspire to assist others in having and being their best!
